The FD-7800 is an airborne mesh radio system built on an FPGA-based architecture. It employs adaptive frequency hopping and dynamic frequency selection to automatically identify optimal channels amid electromagnetic interference, ensuring reliable broadband network self-organization and data transmission in complex operational environments. Designed for versatility, the radio supports plug-and-play integration across various platforms—including mobile UAVs, UGVs, and USVs—without requiring configuration changes or parameter adjustments. Its primary applications include multimedia interoperability between ground robotic systems and control centers, as well as functioning as a mesh relay node.

Anti-jamming: FHSS(Frequency Hopping Spread Sprectrum)
The FD-7800 features anti-jamming capabilities enabled by Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology, supported by a proprietary algorithm and mechanism developed by the IWAVE team.
During operation, the device continuously evaluates the current link quality based on key parameters including Received Signal Strength (RSRP), Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), and Bit Error Rate (BER). Once predefined threshold conditions are met, the system automatically initiates a frequency hop and selects an optimal frequency point from the available list.
Frequency hopping occurs only when necessitated by degraded wireless conditions. If the link remains stable and of high quality, no hopping is triggered, ensuring consistent and reliable transmission until interference is detected.
