Introduction
Advanced UGV Communication Solution for Remote Operations in Complex Environments The FDM-6800 is equipped with a 20-pin expansion interface, including download interface, power interface, UARTO serial interface, USB, Ethernet, and provides two standard RJ45 interfaces and two pass-through interfaces for transmitting the test data. It is an ideal choice for unmanned platforms to carry out mobile transmission of IP, video and test data. The FDM-6800 has been easily and successfully applied in various applications, from controlling police robots to the backbone IP infrastructure of armored vehicles, to video transmission and reception of various small unmanned platform groups.
The FDM-6800 is available in 200MW, 2W, 5W and 10W power versions, each with unique performance advantages.
The simple network management software is compatible with multiple operating systems, such as Windows, Android, Linux, etc., and is a very cost-effective radio solution.
The components of the FDM-6800 radio are available as OEM bare boards for easy platform integration. |

FHSS(Frequency Hopping Spread Sprectrum) Utilizing IWAVE's proprietary algorithms and mechanisms FDM-6800 will internally calculate and evaluate the current link quality based on RSRP, SNR, and SER,ect. When predefined thresholds are met, the system initiates frequency hopping and selects the optimal frequency point from its database. Frequency hopping execution depends entirely on real-time wireless conditions: 1. No hopping occurs when link quality remains stable 2. The system maintains current frequency until conditions meet switching criteria |
