Off Grid Solar Powered VHF UHF Radio Repeater
No Infrastructure Solution
In places where communication infrastructure is not available or have been damaged by natural or man-made disaster, it is highly desirable to provide critical communications so desperately needed to support operations.
Defensor-BL8 is specifically designed to meet the requirements of outdoor network , combine with the solar power generation module and built-in battery to support continuous operation under any harsh environment. Quick and easy to deploy in any place without any infrastructure supply. Base on IWAVE's Ad Hoc network technology, Defensor-BL8 is capable to create a multi-hop network as soon as it is power on,in which every node connects with each other automatically and wirelessly by a single frequency.
Features
BL8 Mobile Ad-Hoc Network: Long-Range, Self-Forming Communication System
A single elevated BL8 unit delivers 70–80 km operational range. With two units deployed at different elevations, coverage extends to 200 km. Multi-hop functionality enables seamless MANET expansion across vast distances.
Hundreds of BL8 units automatically interconnect without relying on fiber optic, microwave, or other IP-based infrastructure. The peer-to-peer mesh network maintains full functionality even if multiple nodes fail.
Unlike traditional DMR, cellular, or satellite systems, the BL8 requires no fixed infrastructure. It can be quickly deployed anywhere, establishing instant communication between remote units and command centers for mission-critical operations.
Based on TDMA and FDMA technology, one frequency can be used to make calls and route voice at the same time, greatly saving frequency resources. |

Application
In places where communication infrastructure is not available or have been damaged by natural or man-made disaster, it is highly desirable to provide critical communications so desperately needed to support operations.
IWAVE fast deployment products and solutions, set up a secure, non-of-sight wireless link-on-demand to enable front-line responders to communicate with on-site command center in complicated environment. The network deployment is flexible. The kinds of industries which use emergency services include transportation, security, energy, utilities, construction, local government organisations and others.
